Eligibility for Replacement of Defective Parts
If you find any damage or defect in the product upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
To report a defect, please send clear pictures highlighting the damaged area to our customer support email at plantmanager@arttipl.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9113858955.
Once we review and confirm the defect, we will provide the necessary spare parts to replace the damaged component.
Important Notes
No cancellations or refunds will be processed once the product has been dispatched.
Only spare parts for the damaged components will be provided; full product replacements or monetary refunds are not applicable.
Claims made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
